Shayna Arrington is a former regulator turned outside counsel turned inside operator. Arrington started her career in Washington, DC, working for financial oversight agencies including FINRA, SEC, FBI, HUD, and DOJ. She leveraged her government experience into a role as outside counsel at a law firm for several years before transitioning in-house as the Chief Compliance Officer for The Money Source for six-plus years, where she still serves on the Board of Directors. Arrington is currently the Chief Risk Officer for Servbank, an FDIC-insured institution focused on combining the best people, processes, and technology to produce top-notch customer service. Arrington is an active industry advocate, known for her collaborative approach and subject-matter expertise. She is also a proud military spouse who has navigated multiple PCS moves across the country while balancing her career and family. As the Chief Risk Officer at Servbank, Arrington is responsible for overseeing all things risk and compliance across the organization.
