Jackeline “Jackie” Torres is the Divisional SVP of Default at LoanCare. With over 20 years of mortgage servicing experience, she leads in delivering data-first methodologies. Her experience in mortgage servicing started in data and reporting and has expanded to include oversight of the default departments at LoanCare. Torres previously held the SVP role overseeing the operational support teams at LoanCare, including Consumer Communications, Third-Party Reporting, and Document Management. Prior to LoanCare, she worked at Cenlar, JPMorgan Chase, and Franklin Credit.
