Jacob "Jake" Williamson is Fannie Mae’s Executive Vice President and Head of Single-Family. Reporting to Co-President Brandon Hamara, Williamson leads the company's Single-Family business division, including the teams responsible for providing consistent and reliable liquidity to the single-family mortgage market, facilitating access to affordable homeownership. Previously, Williamson was the SVP for Single-Family Collateral & Quality Risk Management, and the VP – Single-Family Collateral Risk Management, overseeing foreclosure and REO functions. Before joining Fannie Mae in 2006, Williamson was a Quantitative Analyst at GMAC-RFC. Williamson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Louisiana Tech University and a Graduate Business Analytics Certification from Southern Methodist University. He also completed extensive coursework toward a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and participated in SMU's data mining academic team.
