As EVP and Chief Strategy Officer with Onity Group Inc., Walt is responsible for the development of corporate and channel-specific strategies and business objectives as well as including market, customer, and competitor analytics to identify needs, opportunities, and segmentation to support the organization’s growth goals. Mullen is also a member of Onity’s Executive Leadership Team, working across the organization to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach from strategy through execution. Prior to joining Onity, Mullen spent three years at Cenlar FSB, serving as Corporate Development Officer and Executive Committee member. Previously, he spent 16 years at Anywhere Integrated Services (formerly Title Resource Group) in several executive-level roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, EVP of Business Development, and Client Relations, and SVP of Strategic Development and Operations. Earlier, Mullen served as VP, Business Development and Integration for PHH Mortgage and was a member of the Board of PHH Home Loans.
