Michael Henry is Head of Residential Mortgage Servicing at M&T Bank, with overall P&L responsibility including sourcing new MSR acquisitions and ensuring that support areas deliver exceptional service at a competitive cost. Henry joined M&T in 2004 and has held positions in Finance, Credit, Capital Planning, and Mortgage Originations. Prior to M&T, Henry spent several years in investment banking and commercial credit underwriting. He earned his MS in Finance from Boston College and BBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University. He is also a CFA charter holder. He lives in Amherst, New York, with his partner Mark and dog Johnny Cash.
