In her role at FHA, Lopa P. Kolluri is the senior leader responsible for the Office’s policies, programs, and operations supporting homebuyers, homeowners, multifamily residents, and housing counselors. Kolluri is also responsible for the Office’s oversight of manufactured housing and FHA’s Single-Family, Multifamily, and Healthcare mortgage insurance programs. Kolluri has over 25 years of experience in affordable housing and community and economic development. She served from 2011 to 2013 as Deputy Chief of Staff to HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan.
