With over 35 years’ experience in the mortgage servicing industry, Vicki Brown currently leads the LoanCare Client Relations team, driving operational excellence for the company’s most important affiliations—LoanCare’s Master Servicers, Investors, and Agency partners. Brown oversees all aspects of the client’s experience, from an active engagement in the initial business development opportunity, on to the client implementation process, as well as the long-term management of each client’s overall experience at LoanCare. For the 15 years prior to her tenure overseeing Client Relations, Brown held several different leadership positions throughout mortgage servicing operations.
